Submit abstracts (see instructions on the template file) specifying in the abstract submission your name and surname, email, affiliation and session(s) as well as the preference for poster or oral presentation(s).
The person submitting the abstract will automatically be the First Author.
There is a limit of a maximum of one (1) Oral and one (1) Poster presentations per registered (paid) participant and one (1) invited abstract. Invitations for invited abstracts will be received from session conveners or Scientific Committee members.
The abstract submitter is responsible for making sure all co-authors have agreed to be listed on the abstract.
The Scientific Committee may decline to consider any abstract that does not focus on scientific results and their applications.
Following the abstract deadline, the Scientific Committee will review whether submitted abstracts should be placed in a different, more appropriate session than the one to which it was submitted.
Abstracts should be carefully checked, in particular with regard to the list of authors, because no changes are possible after submission.
Abstracts without registration will not be accepted.
